I absolutely loved this hotel. They put us in a room next to the elevator - which i never like... but it was SO QUIET! Not noisy at all. We were also facing the street on the 3rd floor. Again no noise. Room was huge, bathrooms were great. No issues. Staff was also lovely!

Starting from the desk employee, he was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, well equipped. The bed was king size and comfortable. The bathroom and towels were clean. There was a bidet in the bathroom which is not available in many hotels. I enjoyed the breakfast that contain varieties of food.

Pillows are very old. Not the quality of a 5* hotel. Shower was dirty in all the corners. Location was very good. Personnel was very friendly. Pasteis de Nata at reception area for hotel guests was a great treat. The hotel is not bad, but it is definitely not near a 5* hotel!!

My friend and I booked this place for our recent trip to Lisbon. We stayed for 2 nights (Sat to Mon). We arrived quite early in the morning so were unable to access our room as check-in is not until 2pm. However, the friendly reception staff arranged for our baggage to be put into storage so we could go out and explore Lisbon in the meantime. The hotel was centrally located and had plenty of shops and nice places to eat nearby. Lisbon is quite hilly so we used Bolt and Uber to get around the city. The Japanese ramen restaurant diagonally across from the hotel is very nice. Our room was on the 4th floor. View out on to the main street from the window. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The room and the corridors did seem to be very stuffy / hot so the in-room air conditioning was most welcome. The only things we didn't quite like were: (1) the bathroom is right next to one of the beds. This is not a great design in our opinion. (2) The frosted glass on the bathroom door didn't seem very private to us. This is perhaps fine when staying with your partner but as a pair of friends this wasn't the best for us and we felt quite exposed. The hotel may want to consider adding a curtain just inside the door of the bathroom or something. We had breakfast at the hotel once (20 euros per person) and found it to be very nice with plenty of hot and cold options. We requested to check-out 1 hour later on our departure day (normal checkout time is 12pm) and the friendly reception staff was able to arrange this for us for no additional charge. Overall, this is a great option for a comfortable, centrally located in Lisbon and we would happily return.

A good value room for what we paid for it. The hotel is in a good location. Our floor and location was quiet. The lady at the bar was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our room rate which made it very good value. It is a good location if you are walking. There are many good restaurants in walking distance. We would recommend for authentic Portuguese trying Floresta do Salitre which is just around the corner. We would also recommend a walk to La Paparrucha if you fancy a great steak. We managed to park our hire car outside the front of the hotel each night which worked out very well.
